1. Order Confirmation & Payment

* Orders will be processed after successful payment confirmation.
* Customers must verify all product details, including size, quantity, design, spelling, and other specifications before confirming the order.
* Please ensure all details are correct before proceeding with payment.

2. Design Approval Policy

* The customer must carefully check and approve the final design before printing.
* Once the design is approved, no changes, corrections, or modifications will be accepted.
* We will not be responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect information, colours, or other errors that were present in the design approved by the customer.
* Any additional changes requested after approval may require extra charges and additional production time, subject to our acceptance.

3. Cancellation Policy

* Customers may request order cancellation before final design approval.
* If an order is cancelled after the design process has been completed, a ₹199 design charge will be deducted and will not be refunded.
* Once the design is approved and printing or production has started, cancellation will generally not be accepted.
* Refunds, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

4. Printing Quantity & Material Variation

* During printing, cutting, pasting, finishing, and other production processes, a quantity variation of approximately 5–10% may occur due to material wastage and production limitations.
* The final delivered quantity may therefore be slightly lower than the ordered quantity.
* Customers are requested to consider this possibility before placing an order. If an exact quantity is essential, please confirm the production terms with us before payment.

5. Colour Variation & AI-Generated Designs

* Colours displayed on mobile phones, computer screens, and other digital devices may differ from the final printed product.
* AI-generated designs or images may show slight colour variations, including a bluish tint, during the printing process.
* Differences may occur due to screen settings, colour profiles, printing machines, inks, paper, and other materials.
* We cannot guarantee an exact match between screen colours and printed colours. Minor colour variations are considered a normal part of the printing process. However, this clause does not exclude remedies required by applicable law for a material defect or failure to meet agreed specifications.

6. Production & Ready Time

* The standard in-house production time is approximately 5–6 working days after final design approval and confirmation of all required details.
* Sundays, public holidays, delays in design approval, and unforeseen production issues may extend the processing time.
* Customers are requested to plan their orders in advance and allow sufficient time for production and delivery.
* The 5–6 working days refer to production readiness and do not necessarily include shipping or courier delivery time.

7. Refund Policy

* Design charges of ₹199 are non-refundable after the design process has been completed, subject to applicable law.
* Refunds are generally not available for customer-approved designs, change of mind, or customer-requested cancellations after production begins.
* In cases of verified payment failure, duplicate payment, defective products, or errors attributable to us, the issue will be reviewed and resolved in accordance with applicable law.

8. Customer Responsibilities

* Customers must provide accurate text, logos, images, contact details, and other required information.
* Customers are responsible for reviewing the final design before approval.
* Any delay caused by incomplete information or late approval may affect the production schedule.

9. Shipping & Delivery

* Delivery timelines depend on the courier service, destination, and other factors beyond our direct control.
* Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
* Any shipping-related issue should be reported to our customer support team promptly.

10. Customer Support

11. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The latest version will be published on our website.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order and approving the final design, the customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
