Sometimes customers request designs and cancel without placing an order. This charge helps cover our design work and prevents unnecessary cancellations. Our standard in-house production time is approximately 5–6 working days after final design approval and confirmation of the required details. Additional time may be needed depending on the product, quantity, or production workload. Shipping time is separate.

Yes. After printing is completed, we will share photos and/or videos of your products whenever applicable. You must pay the remaining 50% balance before the order is dispatched.

Not always. Mobile phones and computer screens display colours differently from printing machines. AI-generated designs may also show slight colour variations, including a bluish tint. Minor variations may occur, but significant defects or deviations from agreed specifications will be reviewed.
